Live checkout is not enabled. Stripe integration in the current code is limited to an explicitly configured local test environment. Do not treat the displayed planning price as an active offer or enter real payment details into a test checkout.

Trial and planned price

The planned trial lasts one day, requires no card, and covers one server. It starts when the first valid heartbeat is accepted. The planning subscription is $4.99 USD per month for up to five connected servers. Final price, currency, taxes, and renewal terms are not yet approved and will be shown before any live purchase.

If a future subscription ends

The product is designed so that a cancellation scheduled for the end of a paid period keeps Cloud access until that period ends. A payment failure has a separate three-day grace period. After trial expiry, cancellation, or grace-period expiry, the agent's Cloud uploads pause; local vpsmon keeps working. Existing Cloud history is not automatically erased by a pause.

Once live billing is available, cancellation will be managed through the account's billing page. The live checkout and confirmation must state the renewal date and how to cancel before a payment is taken.

Refunds, consumer rights, and taxes

A final refund policy and the operator's support contact have not been decided. No general no-refund promise is made by this draft. Any applicable statutory cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other consumer rights remain unaffected. Before live charges, the seller must publish the final refund/cancellation process, tax and invoice treatment, and the countries in which checkout is offered.
